Self Led

This version is for you if you want to absorb the method, start applying it at home, and go at your own speed without live coaching support.

For parents with highly sensitive or neurodivergent kids who are ready to lead,  not just manage, rage and anxiety at home.

What if your child’s anger and anxiety isn’t the issue?

What if your child isn’t difficult — they just don’t feel safe yet?

You know what it looks like:

  • They refuse school, even though they’re smart.

  • They go from 0 to 100 in seconds because their brother got their dinner first.

  • You can’t predict their reactions — so your whole family walks on eggshells.

No one’s relaxed.
Everyone’s on edge.
And under it all, a quiet question begins to grow:

“Why me?”
“Why is this so hard?”
“Why can’t I get this right?”

You’ve done what good parents do:
Tried the holistic therapies.
Booked the counsellors.
Even researched and considered multiple diagnoses.

And maybe it helps — a little.
But not enough to feel like your home is safe again.
Not enough to stop the cycle of devastation.

What if the very help they needed was much closer to home?

What if they needed to feel safe with you — and you’re not yet safe?

Hi, I’m Laura.

My daughter was where your child is now.

At the age of 7, she started to refuse school.
She flipped between explosive rage and controlling anxiety.
Her deeply sensitive body was masked by defence.

We tried everything:
Holistic therapies.
Counselling.
An ADHD diagnosis.

It helped… a bit. But not for long.

Then one day, I asked a question that changed everything:

“How could she always be the one who was wrong?”

That was the moment I stopped outsourcing the fix.

I stopped treating her as the problem and started looking at what I was bringing to the table.

How can I ask my 7-year-old to hold it together when I can’t?
How could I expect her to feel safe when I didn’t?
How was I only just realising this?

This isn’t about blame.
You’re a great parent.

It’s just that no one has shown you how to parent a highly sensitive child — as a highly sensitive parent.

Your child needs to feel safe in a different way.

And we weren’t taught this as kids.

When I stopped resisting her anger and anxiety, she didn’t need it anymore.
Her body changed in response to mine changing.
And now, at 14, she thrives.

That’s what we teach inside The Leadership Method.

We’ve taken everything we’ve trained in, lived through, and shared with hundreds of clients into a methodology to short-circuit your pain and start rewiring your connection from the inside out.

🧠 Module 1: Biology, Not Behaviour
Understand your child’s reactions (and your own) through the lens of the nervous system — not blame or willpower. We show you how to stop personalising their rage or anxiety and start focusing on your own emotional regulation first.

🎯 Module 2: Dare to Lead
Learn how to lead with calm authority, not control. We teach you how to go first, even when it’s hard, so your child doesn't have to carry the emotional weight of the room.

🗣 Module 3: Communicate Like a Coach
Speak in a way that lowers the stress response. This isn’t about saying the right thing,  it’s about tone, presence, and building safety through every interaction.

🧍‍♀️ Module 4: The Body First
Hands-on tools to regulate your body's stress response in real time and support your child’s through co-regulation.

🌀 Module 5: The ANCHOR Framework
Our in-the-moment method to help you stay with what’s happening, even when things go pear shaped.
