This online course is provided by The Emotions Lab, 92 St Andrews Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1PL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing this course, you (“you”, “the participant”) agree to these Terms.


2. What You’re Getting

  • Access to our £9 mini online course and any associated materials (“Materials”).

  • Materials may be provided as videos, downloads, written guides, or other digital formats.

  • We may make small changes to the content to keep it up-to-date or improve it.


3. Payment & Access

  • Payment is made online at the time of purchase.

  • Access is for your personal use only – logins and content must not be shared.


4. Your Responsibilities

  • You will need your own device, internet connection, and any other equipment to take part.

  • Do not upload or share any personal or sensitive information with us.

  • Respect our copyright and do not copy, reproduce, or share our content without permission.

Regulate

The core framework is our 7 Steps to Emotional Regulation, a sequence that turns panic into permission, stress into leadership, and rupture into repair.

The 7 Steps in Regulate

  1. Oh… is it me? → The moment you realise your body is part of the pattern.

  2. No… maybe it’s you. → Seeing where blame loops keep you stuck.

  3. Who do I want to be? → Claiming the leader you want to show up as.

  4. Declare your intention → Body-based permission. Resetting your biology before theirs.

  5. In the thick of it → Real-time tool. What to do when the stress is peaking.

  6. Communication → Language that lands because it’s body-aware, not scripted.

  7. When it all goes wrong → Re-anchoring after rupture, without shame or collapse.
