A CPD Accredited Course

In this course, staff will gain crucial understanding of what anxiety is and how it affects our biology, initiating our stress response. They will then be able to identify the different ways in which anxiety presents in themselves and in their children.

Staff will be equipped with practical techniques to regulate their own anxiety improving their own well-being and also modelling healthy coping mechanisms for their children. Staff will develop confidence in identifying and addressing anxiety at its root, transforming it from a challenging force into an opportunity for growth and connection.
