Coaching Edition

This version is for you if you’re ready to move faster and go deeper with live guidance, real-time reflection, and a held space to integrate the work alongside others.

It’s for parents of emotionally intense or sensitive kids who are ready to lead with calm not just cope through overwhelm at home.

What if their outbursts and shutdowns weren’t the issue?

What if your child isn’t difficult  they just don’t feel safe yet?

You know what it looks like:

They refuse school, even though they’re bright.
They go from 0 to 100 in seconds because their brother got their dinner first.
You can’t predict their reactions so your whole family walks on eggshells.

No one’s relaxed.
Everyone’s on edge.
And under it all, a quiet question begins to grow:

“Why me?”
“Why is this so hard?”
“Why can’t I get this right?”

You’ve done what good parents do:
Tried the holistic therapies.
Booked the counsellors.
Explored assessments to understand what’s really going on.

And maybe it helps, a little.
But not enough to feel like your home is steady again.
Not enough to shift the cycle.

What if the support they needed was much closer to home?
What if they needed to feel safe with you and your body doesn’t feel safe yet?

Who This Is For

This programme is for you if:

  • You’re parenting an emotionally intense, sensitive, neurodivergent or easily overwhelmed child.

  • The usual advice  talking, reasoning, consequences, reassurance  just isn’t shifting anything.

  • You’re exhausted from firefighting the same patterns on repeat.

  • You’re open to exploring your side of the dynamic, not because you’re the problem, but because it’s the part you can change.

  • You want somewhere real, honest and grounded  not theory written by someone who hasn’t lived it.

  • You’re ready to lead your home differently, even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet.

If you’re quietly thinking:

“I can’t do another year like this.”

You’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Laura.

My daughter was where your child is now.

At the age of 7, she began refusing school.
She bounced between big reactions and deep overwhelm.
Her sensitive system was masked by constant defence.

We tried everything:
Therapies.
Counselling.
Explored what might be happening beneath the surface.

It helped… a bit.
But not for long.

Then one day, I asked the question that changed everything:

Was she really the one who needed fixing?
Or were we missing something deeper?

That’s when I stopped outsourcing the fix.

I stopped treating her as the problem and started looking at how I was showing up.

How can I ask my 7-year-old to hold it together when I can’t?
How could I expect her to feel safe when I didn’t?
How was I only just realising this?

This isn’t about blame.
You’re a great parent.

It’s just that no one ever showed you how to parent a deeply sensitive child as a deeply sensitive parent.

Your child needs to feel safe in a different way.
And most of us weren’t taught that growing up.

When I stopped resisting her big emotions, she didn’t need them as much.
Her body responded to mine.

And now, at 14, she thrives.

And this is what we see inside The Leadership Method.

The transformations are clear and consistent:

"Before this programme I was overwhelmed and stuck in a constant loop of anxiety, trying to force everything to work. I’ve learned how much space and connection matter. I now see my son differently, and I parent from calm instead of panic. The group environment was incredible hearing other mums’ experiences made me feel less alone and completely understood. I finally feel more confident and grounded as a parent."

"This programme has completely changed how I see my son. I used to see behaviour; now I see a child in a stress response who needs connection. My own anxiety was running the house and I didn’t realise. Now I’m calmer, I’m letting go, and I’m seeing my children step forward because I’m stepping back. The change in our mornings alone has been unbelievable. I finally feel like I have a roadmap."

"I’ve learned to stop fixing everything and to trust my daughter more. This programme helped me understand her anxiety and her sensitivity in a completely new way. Saying ‘no’ without fear was huge for me. Seeing how she responds when I drop the pressure has been incredible. I feel more connected to her than I have in years. This work has changed our whole dynamic."

"I came into this programme feeling completely hopeless and terrified. I thought the whole focus would be on changing my daughter, but it’s actually transformed me. I understand my inner child, my triggers, and why certain situations feel overwhelming. My daughter mirrors me, and for the first time I feel equipped to lead instead of react. The compassion and safety in this group has been life-changing."

"I joined thinking my kids needed fixing, but what shifted was me. I’m learning to pause, to feel my feelings instead of reacting, and to sit in discomfort without trying to fix everything. The framework gave me clarity and hope. I loved hearing examples from others it made everything click. This programme has helped me become a more conscious, grounded parent."

These are not lucky moments  they’re predictable when you learn how to lead differently.

What’s Inside The Leadership Method

We’ve taken everything we’ve lived, studied, practised and coached, from neuroscience to somatic regulation, EFT, IFS and real-life parenting trenches and built an 8-week methodology to transform your parenting from the inside out. This version gives you more time, more depth, and more space to practise the themes that consistently create lasting change in families.

Week 1 — Biology, Not Behaviour

We begin by grounding everyone in the science. You’ll reframe behaviour through biology and the stress response, moving away from blame and “fixing” and toward understanding what is actually driving behaviour.

You’ll start to see how stress is being created in your child’s life, how it’s maintained, and where difficult decisions may be required to reduce it.

You leave with:
A clear understanding of what is increasing the stress response in your child and what needs to change to bring it down.

Transformation:
“I can see how biology is driving behaviour — and that increasing or decreasing it is binary.”

Week 2 — Dare to Lead: Emotional Co-dependence

This week explores the emotional patterns that keep replaying between you and your child, where they come from, and why you’re pulled into familiar roles under pressure.

You’ll understand how past conditioning influences present parenting moments and begin identifying the patterns that keep stress alive in your family system.

You leave with:
Insight into how your own patterns are shaping your child’s behaviour, and an action plan for when these patterns appear.

Transformation:
“I understand how my own patterns are shaping my child’s behaviour.”

Week 3 — Communicate Like a Coach

This week brings your growing awareness into real-life communication — both internally (how you speak to yourself) and externally (how you speak to your child).

You’ll learn how communication can either reduce or escalate the stress response, and how connection, tone, and presence matter more than words or solutions.

You leave with:
The realisation that connection matters more than fixing, and that less language often creates more safety.

Transformation:
“I understand that connection reduces the stress response — and how to stay connected.”

Week 4 — The Body First

This week focuses on the fastest route to change: the body. You’ll discover why the body responds before the mind and how simple physical shifts can change the entire dynamic, often without words.

You’ll learn how to recognise stress in your own body and how regulating yourself supports your child’s regulation.

You leave with:
Practical ways to recognise difficult sensations in your body and shift them, knowing regulation starts with you.

Transformation:
“I feel confident recognising difficult feelings in my body and how to change them.”

Week 5 — The ANCHOR Framework

In the final week, everything comes together in a clear, repeatable framework for moments that used to unravel you.

We focus on integration and identity, reflecting on what has shifted inside you, what has changed in your child, and how you are now showing up as a leader.

You leave with:
A steady internal roadmap, confidence in your leadership, and a felt sense of how much has changed.

Transformation:
“This shift has been life-changing — for me and for my child.”
